As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be instrumental in reaching out to members of diverse healthcare plans to provide and arrange healthcare assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound communications to present and organize healthcare assessments
  • Utilize approved communication frameworks and ensure clarity for members
  • Achieve daily performance targets set by the department
  • Document any member concerns and escalate to management
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential
  • Excellent verbal communication and computer proficiency
