Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining world-class relationships with both external and internal diagnostics customers, including commercial operations and technical support departments. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring on-time and complete delivery of goods to diagnostics customers in the Americas region by developing and maintaining key relationships with all logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain world-class relationships with both external and internal diagnostics customers, including commercial operations and technical support departments.
- Ensure On-Time Delivery: Assist in ensuring on-time and complete delivery of goods to diagnostics customers in the Americas region.
- Manage Logistics Providers: Develop and maintain key relationships with all logistics providers, including 3PL warehouses and freight carriers.
- Monitor Processes and Products: Monitor processes and products to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Supply Chain Strategic Projects: Contribute to supply chain strategic/special projects, including ongoing analysis of the required levels of inventory to meet customer requirements.
- Perform Ongoing Analysis of Supply Chain KPIs: Perform ongoing analysis of supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs), including customers on-time delivery performance.
- Education: Associates degree, advanced training, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of SAP (preferably MM/SD modules), working knowledge of MS office components, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, prior experience in air transportation, customs clearance processes, and international logistics desirable.
