Customer Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional supply chain and business results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and its customers, including order fill rate, timely and in-full shipment/delivery, inventory health and in-stock availability, and compliance program performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions.
- Develop partnerships across key partners, including customer teams, sales, marketing, planning, order management, logistics, and finance, to demonstrate best practices and build cross-functional alignment.
- Serve as the subject matter authority on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint supply chain.
- Identify solutions and risks in supporting supply to fuel growth, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions, and implement product portfolio changes.
- Assist in the development of joint business plans with key partners.
- Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term, groundbreaking capabilities.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in operations or supply chain management.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, supply/demand planning, logistics/transportation management, or customer service.
- Ability to think strategically and develop plans for driving supply chain.
- Experience in B2B customer-facing roles.
- Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query).
- Experience with SAP, EDI, and order-to-cash processes.
- Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools to identify trends and solve problems.
- Familiarity with or certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Formal presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment.
- Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work.
