Accentuate Staffing is Recruiting for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Accentuate Staffing. As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting a global manufacturer of networking solutions with their ERP Systems implementation. This is a year-long contract opportunity that offers the chance to work on a major project and gain valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally to meet logistical and related project objectives
  • Perform regular review of assets, facilities, transactions, and movement within the logistical network
  • Contribute towards on-time availability target; perform root cause and corrective actions on planning misses
  • Work with vendors (as needed basis) to assure on-time delivery of service/goods
  • Assist with the ERP migration project as an analyst and tester (as needed)
  • Collaborate with compliance managers; assist in setting up risk monitoring filters
  • Set-up and maintenance of the essential master data repositories, routes, and third parties etc.
  • Compile reports, metrics, and evaluate performance/gaps
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, work closely with project members, and customer-facing teams
  • Support customer-facing teams regarding queries, escalations, and SLA gaps
  • Monitor planning and performance trends through business reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years related experience
  • Experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus
  • Experience on Oracle ERP migration is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel – Strong Data management & manipulation skills
  • Experience in a Supply Chain Management environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed worker, and detail-oriented
  • Team Player who acts with professionalism and integrity
Desired Qualifications:
  • BS in Operations/Logistics Management, BBA/MBA, Industrial Engineering, IT/ERP systems
  • 3+ years planning experience in electronics supply chain, Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud)
  • Experience and/or know-how on AI/ML tools for supply chain planning
