Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our facility, directing facility operations, and providing supervision and development opportunities for members of management and hourly associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and ensure the financial performance of the facility by confirming that budgeted sales, wages, and other expenses are achieved.
  • Direct facility operations by setting the standard for appropriate service levels, teaching and developing effective merchandise presentation, and providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for members of management and hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring associates, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and providing associate recognition.
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, and providing resources.
Requirements
  • 1 year's general management experience to include financial accountability.
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's experience supervising 10 associates/employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 20 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
