Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Walgreens. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train store employees to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
