Job Title: Assistant Manager

At Rack Room Shoes, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing leadership and guidance to store staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store staff, including training and development.
  • Manage customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to store staff.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing store operations and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
