As an expert in our product suite, you will drive SMB sales efforts in NYC and become knowledgeable about blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process, identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline with SMB accounts.
- Align and drive sales initiatives with company goals.
- Communicate with partners, investors, and customers.
- Utilize a CRM for sales forecasting accuracy and consistency.
- Provide product support and feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Identify solutions to reduce sales and customer support costs.
- Create monthly reports for key customers.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and private events.
Requirements:
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a tech/crypto/blockchain startup or project.
Strong fluency in the blockchain space is essential, as well as a deep understanding of blockchain protocols.
B2B SAAS/Infrastructure sales experience is also required.
High energy and a team-player mentality are necessary to engage with customers and discern their needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with a US Base Salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 USD.
