Regional Director Environmental Services Job Description

Xanitos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director Environmental Services to lead our team in Northern California. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful coordination and direction of all activities within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial results of the region, including development of the business plan, financial forecasts, productivity, and staffing plans, and budget.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and weekly operating reports for trends impacting the business.
  • Initiate corrective action as needed.
  • Support the business development team in client pricing surveys and new account presentations.
  • Maintain an awareness of competition in the marketplace and its potential impact on Xanitos business.
  • Strong commitment to service and quality standards as well as client satisfaction.
  • Ability to take the lead in client communication regarding Xanitos programs and services as well as performance under the contract.
  • Provide feedback to management as needed on unique client requirements and opportunities to expand the client relationship.
  • Experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
  • Knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including development of staffing plans, employee relations, training, safety, EEO, benefits administration, and succession planning.

Xanitos is a management company that provides hospital housekeeping, patient transport, and central laundries services. We are committed to providing top-quality service and improving the cleaning quality, increasing HCAHPS scores, reducing the risk of HAIs, lowering bed turnaround time, and significantly reducing costs.

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $225,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).
