We are seeking a dedicated professional to become a part of our environmental safety division at North Tower Environmental, Inc. As an Environmental Safety Technician, you will be instrumental in executing various field operations related to environmental safety and compliance. Your duties will encompass performing site evaluations, gathering samples, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute site evaluations, assessments, and monitoring tasks for diverse projects.
- Gather air and material samples for laboratory analysis.
- Travel regularly within designated regions.
- Document site activities and ensure accurate reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Engage professionally through electronic communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- No previous experience is required - comprehensive training will be provided.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a respirator physical examination.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40lbs and operate necessary equipment.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and work in diverse settings.
