Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fishers, IN. As the first and last point of contact for our amazing clients, your role will be central to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-phone line management.
  • Patient Data and Referrals: Gather new patient data and track all patient referrals.
  • Information Dissemination: Disseminate information to patients and act as a go-between for patients and physicians.
  • Communication and Reporting: Send and keep a log of all reports sent to doctors, collect payments, and verify insurance.
  • Mail and Scheduling: Collect and distribute mail, send benefits paperwork to billing companies, and handle all scheduling and ensuing communication.
  • Customer Liaison: Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, and answer questions from potential or current patients.
  • Scheduling and Reminders: Schedule patients, coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancellations.
  • Intake and Referrals: Collect new patient intake information and track all clinic referrals.
  • Reporting and Verification: Fax reports to physicians, keep a log of incoming reports, verify insurance, and track insurance-covered visits.
  • Mail and Benefits: Check mail, keep track of Explanation of Benefits sent from mail and fax to billing company, and communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling/patient arrival.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Communication and Multitasking: Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented.
  • Attitude and Integrity: Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity, and empathetic toward people in pain.

Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include advancement opportunities, state-of-the-art technology, and a supportive team environment.
