About the Position

We are seeking a Global Operations Liaison to support the Executive Director of Family Planning 2030 (FP2030), a leading global partnership focused on advancing women's reproductive health and rights. This dynamic role involves providing administrative support, coordinating events, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures;

  • Coordinate FP2030 Governing Board meetings, including logistical arrangements, agenda development, and minute-taking;

  • Collaborate with the Donor Engagement Group, Executive Team, and other stakeholders to advance FP2030's objectives;

  • Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets to track progress and ensure efficient decision-making;

  • Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director's office and other departments, facilitating information sharing and coordination;

  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other materials to support FP2030's mission and goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international relations, public administration, or communications;

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit or international development context;

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and discretion;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and SharePoint a plus;

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills an asset;

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
