Our client, a renowned property management firm, seeks an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join their team in Washington, DC. As the primary point of contact for all visitors, guests, and tenants, this role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless building operations.

About the Job:

  • Act as the main liaison for all external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries promptly.
  • Handle various aspects of building operations, including vendor management and security/access control.
  • Coordinate events and logistics to meet the needs of clients and tenants.
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

About You:

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or event coordination is essential.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are trustworthy with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant technology platforms is beneficial.
  • You have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information:

  • Pays $22-$23 per hour, competitive compensation for your expertise.
  • The schedule consists of 12pm-5pm hours, specifically on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • This is a 100% in-person role, requiring you to be present in our Washington, DC office.
