About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can manage our operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end operation of our portfolio, including full P&L ownership, vendor relationship management, and key strategic project delivery.
  • Tracking and reporting critical operational, ridership, supply and demand metrics to optimize processes and solve complex problems.
  • Serving as the representative and resolving any operational matters for Bird with stakeholders, whether city officials, vendors, or other third parties.
  • Working on continuous growth initiatives to improve market share and profitability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of team management.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect with senior leaders and motivate teams.
  • Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgment in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environments.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and grow with the role.
