Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Client Solutions, Analytics to lead our Client Solutions, Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
  • Lead a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform analytics strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing digital audiences for targeting and planning
  • Strong organizational skills, able to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Python
Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytics experience in therapeutic areas of Hematology, Oncology, and Cardiovascular
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation
  • Experience with 3rd Party Measurement of Media Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony Health, Purplelabs, Komodo Health

Salary Range

$145,000 - $175,000 USD
