About the Team

Our Global Account team is a critical part of our Sales organization, working closely with multinational partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and drive the growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions. We're a consultative team that leads strategic partnerships between TikTok and the world's largest advertisers.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Global Client Solutions Specialist to join our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing established global account workstreams, developing a strong knowledge base for TikTok's product offering, and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement complex global projects.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute established global account workstreams to empower regional markets both internally and externally.
  • Develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok's product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to organize and implement complex global projects.
  • Act as an internal client advocate and knowledge center, forecasting marketing beats and content launches, anticipating KPIs, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Build marketing materials that guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement.
  • Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across regions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional and regional partners, driving value and improving global account coordination.
  • Manage and track global investments and projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or tech platform experience.
  • Relevant working experience in digital media, advertising, or tech platforms.
  • Experience in account management/client services, managing media budgets and campaigns.
  • Experience working with internal cross-functional partners, commercial teams, and managing external client communications.
  • Ability to project manage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong XLS and PPT skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
