As a Preschool Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool program, ensuring that all aspects of child care meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of educators in developing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster a love of learning in our students.

An ideal candidate for this position should have a strong educational background in early childhood education, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members. Additionally, you should have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
