Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for maintaining front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors, while also streamlining our office systems and performing additional human resources and administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience or similar work experience. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, are also required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22, based on experience and ability. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Streamline office systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment
  • Perform additional human resources and administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
