About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, from the initial contact to the final sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests through various technology platforms to provide a seamless experience
  • Answer guest calls and provide a great conversational experience
  • Schedule appointments and assist guests throughout the buying journey
  • Present warranty and protection products to guests
  • Facilitate an exciting test drive experience for guests
  • Be knowledgeable about the manufacturer's car line and provide expert advice to guests
  • Continually follow up with guests to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Extroverted personality with a goal-driven mindset
  • Teachable and willing to learn and grow
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Organized, multi-tasked, and self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
  • Extremely proficient with internet and computer skills
  • High standard of integrity and honesty
