Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven individual who can excel in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of consultative sales experience and a proven track record of understanding and addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products.
  • Focus on cultivating strong customer relationships, maximizing sales performance, and delivering an unparalleled experience for every guest.
  • Work towards personal goals while contributing towards team goals and the overall success of the store.
  • Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and give and receive feedback.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends.
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
