Human Rights Development Specialist

Winrock International is a recognized leader in international development and US programs. We provide solutions to complex social, agricultural, and environmental challenges. The Human Rights, Education, and Empowerment (HREE) division at Winrock is seeking a Senior New Business Lead to lead new business development for the division.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful new business wins, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with USAID proposals. The role requires a high level of energy, zest for building a strong new business function, and ability to work with diverse personalities.
The salary range for this role is between $124,000-$147,000. The exact salary will be determined based on overall experience, skills, and qualifications.
