About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Salcomp Energy USA, a new subsidiary in the US focused on manufacturing green energy products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compensation and benefits, and ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is required, along with 2-4 years of full experience in Compensation and Benefits and 3-5 years of experience with HRIS.

Job Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Assist and provide HR services to employees throughout the facility, including payroll, employment tax, insurance, and government reporting.
  • Employee Management: Manage employee data changes in HRIS, maintain records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, facilitate new hire inductions, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a focus on HR operations and administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
