Job Title: HR Generalist

The Master Concessionair is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team in the airport. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring all employment and human resources policies, procedures, personnel records, and statutory compliance for MCA operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing new employee files, managing documents, and handling mail.
  • Enter and process new hire information and records in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll and maintain leave management.
  • Maintain EEO information and OSHA logs, preparing reports as required.
  • Process post-employment and unemployment information efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of Human Resources experience, or seven years in the HR field.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Prior payroll experience and proficiency in ADP Workforce is Now a plus.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year,
Location: Airport area.
