Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

At Jerome Ivie - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
