Insurance Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in sales and customer service? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you as a State Farm Agent Team Member with Jerome Ivie - State Farm Agent.
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
