Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Bilingual

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish (required).
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
