Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to staff on environmental management, infection prevention, and sanitation and disinfection.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and develop training materials.
  • Collaborate with senior specialists to evaluate training courses and enhance the overall training program.
  • Provide technical advice and instruction on sanitation and disinfection practices to staff.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and curriculum for courses.
  • Conduct training studies and analyses in functional specialties or subject matter areas.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as education, environmental health, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and education, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental management, infection prevention, and sanitation and disinfection practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, training rooms, and clinical areas.
