Job Title: VOIP Telephony Administrator


Work Location: Kansas City, Kansas( Onsite)


Job Description


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations working on Cisco products.
  • Excellent knowledge in Routing protocols with excellent experience in issue troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices.
  • Update network diagrams for documentation of the existing network setup.
  • Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Provide SME-level troubleshooting and issue resolution support.
  • Standardize configuration of the network devices.
  • Coordinate with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement network device software and hardware upgrades and migrations.
  • Manage cloud network traffic, profiles, and gateways.
  • Manage IP reservations for internal and external use.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a global ACI environment.
  • Implement and maintain a secure and high-performance wireless network using advanced Cisco wireless technologies.
  • Manage a zero-down ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills.
  • Implement advanced log analysis and correlation using tools like Splunk to proactively identify and address network issues.
  • Manage the Infoblox DDI environment with advanced expertise.
  • Configure and manage load balancers.
  • Manage incident, service catalog, problem, and change management for network services.
  • Understand and have certifications for authentication protocols like TACACS and Radius.
  • Have a good understanding of change and problem management processes.
  • Be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
  • Have CCNA and CCNP certifications in Routing and Switching, with advanced knowledge of RS technology.
