Job Title: VOIP Telephony Administrator

Work Location: Kansas City, Kansas( Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled VOIP Telephony Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations working on Cisco products, with excellent knowledge in Routing protocols and issue troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining network devices, updating network diagrams for documentation, and conducting proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Standardizing configuration of network devices
  • Coordinating with OEM/3rd party for connectivity and infrastructure issues as needed
  • Planning, scheduling, and implementing network device software and hardware upgrades and migrations
  • Managing cloud network traffic, profiles, and gateways
  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a global ACI environment
  • Implementing and maintaining a secure and high-performance wireless network using advanced Cisco wireless technologies
  • Maintaining a zero downtime ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills
  • Implementing advanced log analysis and correlation using tools like Splunk
  • Managing and troubleshooting the Infoblox DDI environment
  • Configuring and managing load balancers
  • Incident service catalog, problem, and change management for network services
  • Understanding and certifications for authentication protocols TACACS Radius
  • Good understanding of change and problem management process
  • Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
  • CCNA/CCNP in RS and advanced knowledge of RS technology
