Cisco Telephony Network Administrator

Job Title: VOIP Telephony AdministratorWork Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers and switches.
- Update network diagrams to document existing network setups.
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimize network performance.
- Provide SME-level troubleshooting and issue resolution support.
- Standardize configuration of network devices.
- Coordinate with OEMs and 3rd-party vendors for connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Plan, schedule, and implement network device software and hardware upgrades and migrations.
- Manage cloud network traffic, profiles, and gateways.
- Implement and maintain a secure and high-performance wireless network using advanced Cisco wireless technologies.
- Manage a zero-down ISE infrastructure with expert troubleshooting skills.
- Implement advanced log analysis and correlation using tools like Splunk.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Infoblox DDI environment.
- Configure and manage load balancers.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management for network services.
- Understand and certify authentication protocols like TACACS and Radius.
- Understand change and problem management processes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations working with Cisco products.
- Excellent knowledge of routing protocols and issue troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- CCNA and CCNP certifications in Routing and Switching.
- Advanced knowledge of Routing and Switching technology.
