Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reliability and maintainability of line equipment at the Portland Bakery.
  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.
  • Develop and execute plans through the maintenance & repair cell, building skills and providing training when applicable.
  • Support the recruitment of mechanics and oversee interviews and offers.
  • Manage a lubrication program in SAP and develop maintenance inspection and/or update in SAP.
  • Coordinate low-cost improvements and Maintenance Capex.
  • Perform small group activities (SGA) on critical line equipment utilizing subject matter experts to develop CIL's, CL's, PM's, and Trainings for trades technicians and operators.
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute all found abnormalities including safety and quality action items.
  • Enable and facilitate PM to AM transfer.
  • Program leader to Restore to Base Condition Equipment.
  • Mentor Team Leads as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
  • In Lieu of degree, 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance professional experience.
  • Supervisory experience in maintenance operations, capital project management, etc.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with a CMMS such as SAP and Scheduling systems (Kronos).
  • Communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem-solving skills, strong collaboration, and relationship management skills.
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday (7:00am to 3:00pm) with ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

May be required to work different shifts in addition to being on call for consultation during other shifts.
