  • People and Labor Management
    • Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective maintenance operations.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance maintenance skills and knowledge.
    • Manage maintenance schedules and resource allocation to ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Process Management
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on preventive maintenance and asset reliability.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of maintenance operations and asset reliability principles.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Experience with CMMS systems and scheduling software.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as needed.
