Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Mondelez Global LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line leaders to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets for the lines, ensuring process stability and participating in Daily Management systems meetings.
  • Own the technology and process for equipment and centerline settings, with deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, and own the Progressive Maintenance systems and work processes, as well as the Key Performance Indicators for the line/s.
  • Develop, own, and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build capability of the team to execute themselves, with a focus on technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks, and be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares, and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s.
  • Represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums, and assist in Value Stream Utilization for new initiatives and enable the VSU team.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance standards on dedicated equipment and TPM tools.
  • Capability to lead a Role for the Line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in a PDCA approach.
  • Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development.
  • Proactive optimization of cost-effective maintenance and reliability in support of lean manufacturing principles and business deliverables, and providing technical training opportunities for all associates.
  • Proactively evaluates and leads refinement of overall equipment reliability plans, strategies, equipment performance, and root cause analysis effectiveness.
  • Ensures all employees under direction clearly understand all safety rules and regulations, and work performance is in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct supervision of engineering/maintenance/production staff in a manufacturing environment, and experience working with Union employees.
Work Schedule
  • 4 days work, 3 days off, 12-hour shift from 6:00am to 6:00pm and vice versa, with 1 employee morning shift and 1 employee night shift.
Compensation
  • $85,000 to $ yearly salary range.
