Zurich North America is seeking a Software Education Consultant to enhance our team. We welcome applicants from anywhere within the U.S.


Position Overview:
This position is responsible for conducting training sessions focused on software applications to elevate the performance of individuals, agencies, and the organization as a whole. Additionally, it involves providing effective customer support for software-related inquiries and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients through various communication channels to deliver insights about software capabilities and features. When challenges arise, ensure appropriate solutions are provided to the clients.

  • Leverage business acumen, technological expertise, and change management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and executing implementation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, detailing inquiries and software usage issues, along with the resolutions provided.
  • Utilize knowledge of business goals, processes, products, and services to formulate recommendations for new initiatives aimed at addressing business challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships across the organization.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and product teams during all implementation processes.
  • Assist in change management planning and execution, including training and communication efforts that align with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Develop user test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of technical training programs.
  • Deliver technical training sessions to the organization.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical training content and product discussions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management to implement action plans.

Travel Requirements:
This position may require travel.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Insurance or Operations sector; OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 6 years of experience in the Insurance or Operations sector; OR
Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 4 years of experience in the Insurance or Operations sector.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from entry-level to senior management.
Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships.
Skills in change management, process management, and negotiation.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Experience with the complete training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation.
Familiarity with Go To Webinar, Microsoft Office Suite, and similar course development tools.
Capability to troubleshoot complex software issues to provide accurate support to clients.

Compensation:
The starting salary range for this role is $63,000 to $103,000. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including specific office location, role, skill set, and experience level.

Remote Work:
This position allows for hybrid work arrangements.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position.
