Our Clinical Managers play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports
  • Partner with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services
  • Maintain integrity of medical and operations records
  • Responsible for financial management, including supply utilization and profit/loss review

Patient Care:

  • Coordinate patient care with staff members, from admission to discharge
  • Ensure patient education on quality measures, transplant options, and modality awareness
  • Act as a resource for patients and families addressing concerns and questions
  • Manage patient schedules, develop action plans for missed treatments
  • Validate patient eligibility for treatment

Staff Management:

  • Select and hire new team members, complete new hiring orientation
  • Ensure patient care employees complete training courses and maintain licensures/certifications
  • Support clinical staff members, encourage professional growth
  • Maintain knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures

Physician Relationships:

  • Facilitate physician privileges application process and compliance with Medical Staff By-Laws
  • Develop strong relationships with physicians, ensure regular communication

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
  • Current state licensure
  • 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
  • 12 months experience in clinical nursing
  • 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience

Estimated Salary Range:$81,000.00 - $136,000.00 per annum
