About this role:

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a highly skilled and experienced Renal Care Leadership Professional to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care and services.

What you will do:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to support their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services, to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Partner with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective business plans, strategies, and processes to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in business operations, leadership, and management in a healthcare setting;
  • 12 months of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in dialysis or related field;
  • Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blind Test;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Able to travel between facilities and participate in regional and corporate meetings;
  • Fluency in English language is required;
  • A valid driver's license may be required for certain roles;

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $81,000 to $136,000 per year, based on qualifications, location, and experience.
