Key Responsibilities:- Obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer's license within the first 2-4 weeks of employment, with all expenses covered by Summit Ag.
- Quote and issue new agribusiness and farm policies, utilizing multiple quoting systems to find the best value for clients.
- Prospect and work with leads, conducting Client Policy Reviews to discuss changes or better options for upcoming renewals.
- Identify pain points and provide recommendations for improved coverage.
- Perform duties accurately and efficiently, maintaining a professional company image and exceptional customer service.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Some experience in sales and service of Personal and Commercial lines of insurance.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural/farming is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
