Gpac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crop Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a Crop Insurance Advisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing assigned accounts, making sound underwriting decisions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and service assigned accounts to ensure accurate and timely decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth and retention
  • Provide expert knowledge of crop insurance products, including Multi-Peril, Crop Hail, Pasture, Rangeland, Forage, and Livestock products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business, agriculture, or a related field
  • Current Insurance License in Minnesota and North Dakota required
  • Sales experience in multi-peril, crop hail, and named peril products with a proven performance record
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture and crop insurance industry
  • Highly motivated and able to perform without direct supervision
  • Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, communication, organizational, delegation, and team player skills
