Job Overview

Position Summary: The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables. This position involves a variety of tasks that contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and professional warehouse atmosphere.
  • Receive and verify all incoming inventory from suppliers, ensuring proper staging.
  • Assist with loading shipments during operational hours as required.
  • Keep accurate inventory records on a daily and weekly basis, reporting low stock levels through appropriate channels.
  • Prepare products for delivery teams and facilitate transfers to our secondary warehouse.
  • Organize and prepare inventory for all retail locations.
  • Safely operate a forklift to enhance productivity.
  • Compile weekly reports on inventory for hot tubs, pool tables, game room furniture, and related accessories.
  • Support the setup and removal of products in showrooms.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, ensuring compliance with environmental and health standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and staff across departments.
  • Assist with the organization and dismantling of promotional events.
  • Support delivery operations as needed.
  • Perform general warehouse upkeep, including cleaning and seasonal maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations and/or forklift handling.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with insurability.
  • Experience with computer systems and inventory management.
  • Physical stamina for frequent bending, standing, and lifting.
  • Comfortable working in a dusty environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
