As a Visual Content Specialist at Little Bipsy, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality imagery that supports our marketing initiatives across various platforms. This position demands a creative individual with a strong technical background in photography and a passion for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and management of the photography studio.
- Handle the technical elements of photography, including lighting, visual effects, and camera settings, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conduct in-house photoshoots.
- Produce compelling product imagery, including flat lays and on-figure shots, adhering to established style guides.
- Maintain and manage photographic equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- Keep the photography studio organized, safe, and efficient.
- Develop and uphold photography processes, systems, and tools for effective workflow.
- Organize and maintain the company's photography archive for easy access and usability.
- Edit and format images promptly, ensuring a quick turnaround from shoot to final delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in photography, particularly in apparel photography.
- A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in product and on-figure photography, including retouching and editing skills.
- Proficient in Photoshop and familiar with other Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Illustrator and InDesign.
- Knowledgeable about current photography trends, lighting techniques, and technological advancements.
- Understanding of digital image quality and output, including file size and color balancing.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic; a proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Competent in using Microsoft 365 applications.
