**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Client Service Representative to join our team at Ahern Insurance Brokerage, an Acrisure Agency Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including claims and billing resolution, and other service-related items.
- Manage benefits enrollment and terminations, including COBRA qualifying event notifications.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues with carriers and clients, including claims and billing resolution, provider inquiries, and other administrative issues.
- Perform billing audits and reconciliation.
- Assist with HRIS/BenAdmin system implementation, renewal updates, and testing.
- Process incoming Broker of Record letters, gather new client benefit information, and add policy and commission structure to our agency management system.
- Assist with new carrier and plan implementations.
- Assist with the individual life and disability application process.
- Review policies and contracts for accuracy.
- Responsible for printing and binding of sales and renewal presentations and coordination of enrollment kit orders.
- Prepare client mailings, including birthday and holiday gifts.
- Assist with organizing client health expos and wellness events.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
