Executive Assistant Opportunity at Clocktower Staffing

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team at Clocktower Staffing. This is a permanent position based in Newton, MA, with the possibility of working from our Harvard Square office. The ideal candidate will have strong calendar management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling
  • Meeting preparation and coordination
  • Responding to emails and document requests
  • Data tracking and analysis in Excel
  • Providing administrative support to executives and other team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
