Your Role:
As a Junior Autism Support Specialist, you will:
  • Work one-on-one with children with Autism, facilitating significant changes in their lives.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, focusing on enhancing social, communication, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with leading clinical professionals in the field to enhance your learning experience.

Your Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A genuine passion for working with children with autism and their families.

  • A readiness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
  • A strong commitment to consistent attendance and participation.
  • A willingness to provide therapy in both clinic and home settings.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when assisting clients.
  • Negative tuberculosis screening.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
Interview Process:
  • Initial phone screening with a dedicated regional recruiter.
  • Virtual or in-person interview with the Operations Manager at one of our centers.
  • Follow-up within 48 hours post-interview regarding next steps or feedback.
  • The interview process for Behavioral Technician candidates can typically be completed in under two weeks, depending on your availability.
