About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, social work)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and their families (training provided for those without experience)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
