We are seeking a Lead Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to mobile applications utilized by millions of users globally. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise and a flair for innovation; someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges and exploring cutting-edge technologies. This individual should be proactive in sharing insights and have a strong focus on user experience and elegant code.

You will be part of a dynamic, small-team environment while enjoying the benefits of being associated with a Fortune 100 organization. Your main role will involve collaborating with a compact team of designers, product managers, quality assurance professionals, and fellow engineers to develop and enhance features. Familiarity with contemporary software development practices prevalent in iOS is essential, as is the ability to delve deeply into concepts and swiftly iterate on ideas with your team amidst some uncertainty.

This position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) in a flexible location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing iOS Applications
  • Writing and refining code
  • Identifying and resolving bugs
  • Conducting Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Managing Objective-C legacy code
  • Executing Unit and Integration Tests
  • Collaborating within a globally distributed team
  • Creating solutions for open-ended challenges
Qualifications
  • At least 6 years of experience in iOS application development
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
