Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality code that enhances Kobiton's product offerings.
- Assist in the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Identify innovative solutions to complex challenges, enhancing the usability and functionality of our platform.
Technical Leadership:
- Architecture and Design: Spearhead the design and architecture of intricate software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Code Quality: Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure solutions are high-quality, maintainable, and scalable.
- Technical Decision-Making: Make informed choices regarding technologies, tools, and methodologies utilized by the team.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI designers to deliver cohesive products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Mentorship and Coaching:
- Mentoring Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead by example, sharing expertise through code reviews, pair programming, and technical presentations.
Hands-On Development:
- Coding: Write, test, and maintain code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Refactoring: Continuously enhance existing codebases for improved performance, readability, and maintainability.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring deep domain knowledge and innovative solutions.
Continuous Learning:

Qualifications:
Mastery in at least one of the following:
- C#
