Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing top-tier software systems that empower our clients to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Producing high-quality code that enhances Kobiton's product offerings.
- Designing and architecting scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborating with product teams to implement new features and improvements.

- Architecture and Design: Lead the architectural design of sophisticated software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Code Quality: Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices, reviewing code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Technical Decision-Making: Make informed choices regarding technologies and methodologies for the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams to deliver integrated products.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentoring Junior Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead by example, sharing expertise through code reviews and technical presentations.
- Coding: Write, test, and maintain code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Refactoring: Continuously enhance existing codebases for improved performance and maintainability.
- Problem Solving: Address complex technical issues with innovative solutions.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in at least one of the following: C#, C++, or Rust.
- Familiarity with Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Node, and Unix.
