Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive strategies and sales growth at the national level for our McNeilus Volterra, North America's first fully integrated electric refuse collection vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with national account customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Partner with the Outside Sales team to ensure the needs of large accounts are met at the local level.
  • Attend trade and industry functions to expand sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage customer forecasting and scheduling, including the deployment of the Volterra.
  • Develop and communicate detailed sales plans for area of responsibility based on profitability and potential for growth.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to develop talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with seven years of relevant sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and strong customer support experience.
