Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
The Administrative Support Specialist will work in a professional office setting, providing support to supervisory staff and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have one year of experience with clerical duties and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing vital record certifications, and collecting fees. They will also coordinate with state offices, review safety paper usage reports, and ensure accuracy before issuance. Additionally, they will receive orders, pack slips, and invoices, and provide support to supervisory staff as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The selected candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. One year of experience working with Microsoft Suite and knowledge of cash drawer management are essential. A high school diploma is required, and a driver's license is necessary for travel.
