Ideal Candidate

A Financial Consultant will forge new client connections while also delivering advisory services and support to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on the objectives and specifics of financial products, services, and strategies.
  • Identify potential client opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Advocate for established investment models and strategies tailored to our target clientele.
  • Address client needs and requirements based on interactions.
  • Promote the firm's wealth enhancement and planning services.
  • Comply with all company and industry regulations and policies.
  • Engage in daily advisor meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.
  • Deliver exceptional and professional service to the assigned client base.
  • Manage all communications with clients, including calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Review investment products in clients' accounts and adjust allocations to align with their financial goals.
  • Maintain all continuing education and training requirements for a financial consultant.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with clients, focusing primarily on service and operations while also seeking new clients.
  • Participate in firm-sponsored client events.

Qualifications

  • Proven business development skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a strong client service orientation.
  • A genuine passion for serving and supporting others.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Background

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in investment advisory.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Active Series 7 license.
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license.
  • Life, Health, and LTC Licenses.
  • Clean U-4 and U-5 records.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is desirable.
